This page covers both the rules for using Fun Talk Club and how the app handles your information. By creating an account or joining a room, you agree to it. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account and how to behave

You are responsible for your sign-in details and for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and choose a display name that is not misleading. Fun Talk Club is meant to be a friendly place to talk: do not harass or threaten anyone, do not share other people's private information, do not post hateful content, and do not use the app for anything unlawful. Room hosts can open, lock, or end their own room at any time, and administrators can step in when a room breaks these rules or remove an account that does.

Age requirement

Fun Talk Club is for people aged 10 and over. If you are under 10, please kindly do not use the app as it may be immature.

What we collect and why

• Account: the display name you choose, your sign-in username, and your password stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form.
• Profile: anything you add, such as a profile picture, status emoji, or status line, so people in your rooms can recognise you.
• Call activity: how long you talked, how many calls you joined, and who you called, so your profile stats and friends list stay useful.
• Public Room chat: messages in the Public Room are saved so people who join later can read them.
• Messages you send us: contact and feedback messages, including any email address you include, so we can reply.

What we never collect

Voice audio travels live, directly between the people in the room, and is never recorded or stored. Screen shares are live only. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell personal data, and there are no third-party ads inside the app.

Privacy

All calls are encrypted and only the people in the call can hear what you say.

Staying signed in

When you sign in, the app stores a session token on your device so you do not have to sign in again every time. Signing out removes it together with your saved sign-in details on that device.

Your content and availability

You keep ownership of what you say and share; by using the app you allow us to show it to the people in your room and to store it as described above. The app is offered as it is, features may change or be removed over time, and voice or screen sharing depends on your device, browser, and connection, so we cannot promise it will always work perfectly.

Changes and requests

If this page changes, the date at the top changes too, and larger changes are noted in the in-app update log. Questions about your data, or requests to have it deleted, can be sent through the Contact page and they reach the people who build and run Fun Talk Club.

Note

If you cannot agree to these terms please refrain from using Fun Talk Club. All your calls are encrypted with high security, only you and whoever else is in the call will know what you say.
